In double tennis, there are two teams of two players each competing against one another. This version of tennis does not consider gender, so doubles teams could be composed of a male and a female if the players so desire. Doubles matches use a wider court compared to the court used in singles matches.
Doubles match
During the game itself, when the ball is hit into the alley, it is considered to be good which is in contrast to singles games. The two players on each team would change positions for every new point that is played. One would be positioned at the net while the other one would be at the baseline.
